The SAFESCAN EAGLE Early Warning Sentinel is the latest ferromagnetic (ONLY) detection product from Mednovus. This single pillar system activates a multi-tone audio alarm and vivid strength-of-signal multi-light display when presented with approaching ferromagnetic threat objects. The SAFESCAN EAGLE Early Warning Sentinel is designed for automated patient/staff Pre-Screening. An excellent strategic location for the EAGLE is within Zone II before patients/staff enter the control room/Zone III. We would be pleased to discuss the optimal siting for the EAGLE to best accomodate your MRI facility.

Excellent for automated FMD patient/staff screening:
- Visual and audio alarms are activated only when the infrared beam is traversed and a ferromagnetic threat is detected
- Large LED lights atop the pillar
- Night-light mode and sensitivity lock for after-hours protection
SAFESCAN EAGLE (SINGLE PILLAR)
Excellent for automated patient/staff FMD screening, and as an “early warning detection system” for ferromagnetic threats approaching the pillar:
- Continuous monitoring for ferromagnetic threat objects with strength-of-signal light bar display
- Light bar visual response corresponds to the size of the signal detected
- Two-tone audio alarm can be turned off in a noisy environment, while visual response still provides protection
- Can be sited with maximum flexibility to enhance the safety of your facility
SAFESCAN systems are properly used as a double-check safety precaution AFTER the patient has been medically cleared to enter the magnet room / Zone IV.
